Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Columbus office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience in general real estate litigation and other general business matters. The candidate must have experience representing lenders, mortgage loan servicers, title insurers, and property owners. Should be familiar with seller/purchaser disputes, foreclosure, real estate transaction fraud, escrow disputes, and title insurance. Must be a member, in good standing and active, in the Ohio Bar.

The candidate must have a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school. Excellent research and communication skills are required. Should be comfortable learning new computer software.
