Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases from pre-trial to post-conviction
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring they fully understand their rights and options
• Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and other filings
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support client cases
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
• Work closely with clients to provide professional support and ensure clear communication throughout the legal process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of criminal defense experience
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to handle a fast-paced and demanding legal environment
• Experience representing clients in criminal defense cases at all stages

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Arizona State Bar License
