Commercial Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Naples is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with substantial experience in real estate and construction litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and demonstrate skills, initiative, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client service to thrive in this role.

Duties:

• Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters, with a focus on real estate and construction disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage discovery, including document production and review.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve client objectives.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and experts to prepare cases for trial.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Assist in business development efforts and contribute to the growth of the litigation practice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• 5+ years of experience practicing commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate and construction disputes.
• Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of success.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
