Duties:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess legal matters and provide expert advice on potential outcomes.
• Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring consistent communication with clients.
• Guide and supervise support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence, while conducting necessary legal research.
• Represent clients in court, including Circuit and County Court, with expertise in trial procedures.
• Meet a set monthly revenue goal to maintain firm productivity.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in litigation, preferably within real estate or commercial litigation, though not mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently from start to finish in both County and Circuit Courts.
• Prior experience in client representation in a legal capacity is highly valued.
• The desire for increased autonomy and better work-life balance, especially for solo practitioners or attorneys from larger firms.
• Willingness to attend regular meetings with managing attorneys and support staff for case updates.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
