Location:

Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Draft and review legal documents and correspondence, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Collaborate with clients to discuss case strategies, provide updates, and answer questions.
• Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Maintain well-organized case files and documentation to ensure efficient office operations.
• Utilize management tools to handle cases effectively and efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the firm’s overall goals.

Requirements:

• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload with excellent time management skills.
• Must be willing to learn and use case management tools effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in personal injury law is a plus, but not required. Junior associates are encouraged to apply.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar membership required.
