Duties

  • Manage administrative and legal functions associated with real estate law practice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, specifically in residential or commercial landlord-tenant matters.
  • Strong research, negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
  • Current license to practice law in California.
  • Knowledge of property management, land use, title insurance, business law, and both residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation.

Education
