A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Charleston, SC office.

Job Overview:

The Litigation Associate Attorney will primarily handle cases related to litigation, with a focus on energy and environmental law. They will be responsible for providing exceptional oral and written advocacy, managing cases efficiently, and taking the lead on various legal matters.

Duties:

  • Handle litigation cases with a focus on energy and environmental law.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Admitted in Good Standing to the South Carolina State Bar.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the South Carolina State Bar.
