Duties

  • Lead and support on M&A and private equity transactions, including structuring deals, negotiating terms, and drafting key agreements.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and manage complex transaction processes.
  • Advise clients on a wide range of corporate governance, securities laws, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Mentor and supervise junior associates and manage aspects of client relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior partners to develop strategic legal solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A or private equity law.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents.
  • Strong background in handling deal processes, client relationships, and advising on high-level corporate matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team on complex legal matters.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar (California).
