Duties:

  • Manage and represent clients in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases
  • Focus on high-profile cases, including child injuries, birth injuries, and commercial vehicle accidents
  • Conduct legal research and provide detailed legal opinions
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
  • Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials (both virtual and in-person)
  • Negotiate settlements and work towards case resolution in favor of clients
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Maintain thorough case files and track case progress through practice management systems

Requirements:

  • Must be admitted to the Bar in at least one state
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex litigation and case preparation
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented, with strong organizational abilities
  • Capable of managing a busy caseload while maintaining attention to detail and quality

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the PA Bar.
