Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage discovery responses and document production.
  • Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events; provide detailed reports.
  • Negotiate settlements, secure necessary authorizations, and prepare for trial when required.
  • Maintain regular communication with paralegals and support staff to ensure smooth case management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in litigation or related practice areas.
  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning new software systems.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
