Duties:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategic case planning and management.
• Stay current on developments in tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in tax law or a related field.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Interested in tax, tax controversy, and/or estate planning
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal tasks.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida (Required).
• LLM in Taxation (Preferred).

Skills:

• Strong writing and research capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues effectively to clients.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Problem-solving skills in tax law matters.
