Duties:

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Conduct in-depth discovery processes including interrogatories, document requests, and responses

• Take and defend depositions

• Engage in strategic case planning and file management from intake through trial

• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances as needed

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategy

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in California

• In good standing with the State Bar of California

• 1-3 years of litigation experience within the state

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation matters independently or with minimal supervision

• Exceptional legal research and writing skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
