Duties:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy matters, including creditor and debtor representation.
• Manage and litigate complex bankruptcy cases in court.
• Negotiate and draft reorganization plans and out-of-court recapitalization transactions.
• Work closely with clients to provide strategic legal advice and support.
• Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to address multifaceted legal issues.
• Stay current on bankruptcy law developments and advise clients accordingly.
• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and pleadings related to bankruptcy proceedings.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in bankruptcy law.
• Proven experience in representing creditors and debtors.
• Strong courtroom experience with a history of litigation.
• Ability to negotiate complex reorganization plans and recapitalization transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:
