Duties:

• Conduct client consultations, assess cases, and offer strategic guidance
• Independently manage all phases of litigation, from case preparation to final resolution
• Lead depositions, perform legal research, and prepare for hearings
• Represent clients in court proceedings with a high level of professionalism and expertise
• Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies and achieve client goals
• Provide compassionate and effective representation for members of the military community

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a background in family law
• Demonstrated ability to handle cases autonomously from start to finish
• Strong courtroom presence and thorough understanding of trial procedures

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Maryland and/or Virginia
