  • Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys for case strategy, training, and development.
  • Participate in legal research, document drafting, and case preparation.
  • Contribute to the firm’s overall litigation strategy and goals.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
  • Previous experience in litigation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with debt collection litigation is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
