Job Overview:
A prominent law firm based in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience. The role involves handling fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation, with opportunities to work on complex legal matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Duties:

• Represent clients in fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation.
• Manage estate and trust administration cases within and outside the Florida court system.
• Handle issues related to probate and trust administration, fiduciary compliance, and risk management.
• Assist with guardianship matters and proceedings.
• Work with individuals and families on strategies for family wealth transfer, including estate, tax, business succession, and asset protection planning.
• Collaborate with colleagues in related practice areas to achieve client objectives.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation.
• Demonstrated technical, professional, and client service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Florida Bar admission is in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
