Job Overview:

Location:

• Wilmington, DE 

Duties:

• Advise on private company transactions involving Delaware partnerships, LLCs, and corporations
• Render legal opinions on investment fund and joint venture transactions
• Draft and review legal documents related to structured finance
• Communicate complex matters effectively in both oral and written form
• Collaborate with clients to meet their business objectives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of corporate law experience
• Working knowledge of general private company transactions
• Prior experience in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice is preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to the Delaware bar
