Business Immigration Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A fast-growing global immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Business Immigration to join its team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing high-quality immigration services to clients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business immigration law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail. This position can be based remotely, with preference given to candidates available to work within Pacific or Mountain Time Zone business hours.

Location:

Duties:

• Analyze and communicate options to address clients' business immigration needs.
• Manage high-volume, rapid-turnover cases, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients during and after the application process to ensure immigration program management and compliance.
• Supervise and collaborate with legal support staff (assistants, paralegals, etc.) to ensure proper preparation and filing of applications.
• Review work done by legal support teams to ensure compliance with case strategies.
• Assist clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple, competing priorities.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Valid membership in an applicable state Bar association.
• 3-5 years of business immigration experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the applicable state Bar and in good standing.

Skills:

• Expertise in business immigration law, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in case management and document filing systems.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with legal support teams and manage high-volume caseloads efficiently.
• Proficiency in immigration-specific software and tools is a plus.
