Mid-Senior Litigation Associate

Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters in both Federal and State courts.
• Draft discovery documents, motions, and substantive pleadings.
• Provide legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in pre-trial proceedings, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
• Participate in settlement discussions and case resolutions.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Proficiency in drafting discovery and motions for both Federal and State courts.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Prior experience in large cases or working at a law firm is preferred.
• New York Bar admission is required; New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar (required).
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (preferred).
