Duties

  • Represent school districts at hearings and in dispute resolution processes.

  • Counsel clients on complex legal matters related to the rights of students with disabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Special Education law.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
