Mid-level Class Action Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Seattle, WA, seeks a Mid-level Class Action Associate Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in class action defense and complex commercial litigation, with a strong track record of managing multi-matter dockets and delivering high-quality legal services.

Job Duties:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce legal documents and deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently.
• Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality work product under tight deadlines.
• Foster positive and productive working relationships within the firm and with external parties.
• Adhere to all firm policies, practices, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities required for legal practice, including extended computer work, virtual conference calls, and in-person meetings.
• Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as supervising attorneys assign.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Proven experience managing multi-matter dockets, particularly in class action defense and complex commercial litigation.
• Previous federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Admission to the Washington State Bar is required.
