Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.
  • Conduct client consultations and case evaluations to assess potential claims.
  • Investigate accidents, gather evidence, and interview witnesses to build strong cases.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Kentucky Bar.

  • Strong negotiation, advocacy, and trial skills.
