Duties:

• Handle and manage written discovery for commercial litigation cases.
• Take and defend depositions, preparing clients and witnesses for testimony.
• Draft and argue legal briefs, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Participate as first-chair in courtroom and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 2-8 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple matters simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal matters with a focus on client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (or eligible for admission).
