  • Experience in plaintiff personal injury cases (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven ability to succeed in high-volume caseloads.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a talent for resolving complex problems.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and sound business judgment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Arizona State Bar membership or pending approval for Character & Fitness.

Skills

  • Proficient in client communication and relationship-building.
  • Expertise in settlement negotiation and case management.
