Location:

Duties:

• Assist in the litigation of high-exposure, complex civil cases.
• Work closely with senior trial attorneys on trial strategy and case preparation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Participate in discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute trial strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in becoming a skilled trial attorney.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Massachusetts Bar admission (required).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar.
