Duties:

• Investigate case facts to gather and develop evidence of damages.
• Lead negotiations related to case settlements, including resolving liens.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Needles case management software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and thrive under pressure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Ohio State Bar.
