Duties

  • Manage and oversee eviction caseload for clients.
  • Provide sound legal advice and representation to clients in eviction matters.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Represent clients at court hearings, utilizing courtroom advocacy skills.
  • Stay updated on changes and trends in eviction law across jurisdictions.
  • Educate and inform clients on recent developments in eviction law and best practices.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 1 year of law practice experience, with a preference for eviction, foreclosure, litigation, or title experience.
  • Additional state Bar licenses are advantageous but not required.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
