Toledo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a labor and employment attorney with experience. The candidate will be counseling clients on practical and effective business practices; defending clients against claims filed in courts and administrative agencies involving harassment, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, safety, workers compensation, trade secret/non-compete issues and related matters; and representing clients in private and public sector collective bargaining. Litigation experience preferred. Must be Licensed to practice law in Ohio.

The candidate should have a strong sense of service to clients and colleagues. Must have strong legal research background and training. The ability to handle multiple projects and priorities is required. Self-awareness about strengths and weaknesses and a willingness to grow and learn are needed. A strong sense of professionalism and work ethic is required. Must have a high level of organization and attention to detail. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues. Should have the ability to work well in a team environment.
