Duties

• Draft bankruptcy motions, notices, and other routine legal documents.
• Attend court hearings and provide legal representation in bankruptcy proceedings.
• Coordinate and manage electronic court filings.
• Research and access case dockets, maintain case calendars, and manage filing deadlines.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure efficient case management and client representation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and litigation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage electronic court filings and maintain strict deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
