  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies and solutions for complex cases.
  • Participate in mediation and negotiation sessions.
  • Proactively manage and delegate tasks to support staff as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a book of business using the Firm's marketing tools.
  • Adhere to daily time entry requirements in the Firm’s time and billing software.
  • Ensure adherence to the Firm's mission statement and core values.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, with a comfort level in criminal court settings.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent client service.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Washington State Bar Association license.

Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and convey complex information.
  • Proficiency in delegating work to staff and managing a caseload effectively.
