This full-time position is ideal for an attorney with a passion for bankruptcy law and consumer litigation, as well as the ability to handle a high volume of cases. The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in bankruptcy and business law, with direct client interaction and courtroom exposure.DutiesRepresent clients in bankruptcy proceedings and consumer-related legal matters.Manage case files, including drafting motions, petitions, and legal documents.Handle client communications, providing updates and guidance on legal processes.Assist in civil litigation matters as needed, with a focus on consumer bankruptcy law.Collaborate with senior attorneys to build and manage cases efficiently.RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in general civil litigation.Familiarity with business law is preferred.Bankruptcy law experience is also preferred.
