Job Duties:

  • Manage foreclosure matters from initiation to resolution.

  • Handle contested foreclosures and participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic and in-person hearings.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on case progress.
  • Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in communicating with clients via various channels (client systems, email, phone).
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving legal issues promptly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
