Job Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing personal injury law firm, seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their legal team in Meridian, ID. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a caseload while collaborating with a dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to provide top-tier legal representation to accident victims while contributing to the firm's mission of client-first advocacy.

Duties:

  • Provide tailored legal advice to clients based on the specifics of each personal injury case.
  • Manage assigned personal injury cases, including leading a team of legal assistants and attorneys.
  • Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in personal injury matters.
  • Draft, review, and modify legal documents as needed.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case evidence.
  • Stay current on Idaho personal injury laws, tort law, and statutes of limitation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client representation.
  • Ensure all legal and ethical standards are adhered to in client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Idaho (additional licenses in Washington or Utah are a plus).
  • Experience in personal injury law with a thorough understanding of Idaho tort law.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and case management abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Idaho State Bar License (required).
  • Admission to the Washington or Utah Bar (preferred but not required).
