Duties

  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to build strong cases.
  • Provide compassionate representation to clients, guiding them through each step of the litigation process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law.
  • Active membership with the Kansas Bar or eligibility to obtain a Kansas license.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and trial advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently and work effectively in a team setting.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Kansas.
