Mid-Level Product Liability Attorney

Job Overview
On behalf of a prestigious international law firm, we are seeking a Mid-Level Product Liability Attorney to join their nationally recognized product liability practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with major consumer brands and aviation product manufacturers in high-stakes litigation. This role can be based in the firm’s Los Angeles or San Diego offices, with fully remote candidates also considered. The position offers a collaborative environment and a lower annual billable hour requirement.

Duties

• Represent national and international manufacturers in product liability disputes, including mass torts.
• Collaborate with a team of over 70 attorneys specializing in product liability litigation.
• Provide counsel and representation in high-profile “bet-the-company” matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Participate in litigation strategy sessions and client meetings.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law relevant to product liability cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product liability law or similar litigation experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong references and superb written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large legal team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic performance is required.
