Workers' Compensation Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its dedicated team in Long Beach, CA. Duties:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation claims, managing cases from initiation to resolution.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for hearings and trials.

• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment and build strong relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to workers' compensation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education:

• JD from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
