Duties:

• Manage multiple cases efficiently, ensuring all aspects are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and other legal filings.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials as required.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy.
• Develop legal arguments and strategies in preparation for case presentations.
• Meet deadlines for client deliverables while adhering to the firm's standards.
• Record billable hours accurately and by client and firm guidelines.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Must be admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to understand complex legal matters and distill them into core issues.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in all tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Independent and team-oriented work capability.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York and New Jersey Bar is required.
