A law firm in Concord is seeking a Mid-level Associate Attorney with 5-6 years of experience, preferably in personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various practice areas, including personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case evaluations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
  • Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize caseload to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases and projects.
  • Attend client meetings, depositions, and mediation sessions.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

 

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of legal experience, preferably in personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law.
  • Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures in multiple practice areas.
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in legal analysis and documentation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
