A law firm is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Associate Attorney in Costa Mesa, CA:

Job Overview:

The Corporate Real Estate Associate Attorney will manage complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings. The successful candidate must possess strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding and appreciation of the business of real estate investing.

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee complex real estate transactions from inception to completion.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, and financing documents.
  • Conducted legal research and analyzed real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate matters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective client service.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on complex real estate transactions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple real estate matters simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law, contracts, and financing structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
