Conducts workplace investigations into various issues, including complaints of fraud and regulatory compliance and investigations into concerns of workplace bullying, harassment, and sexual assault. Conducts investigations on behalf of the public sector and private employers, including employees at all levels of the organization. California Bar license is required. Must have a J.D. degree.
