A law firm is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their team in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in conducting business and real estate transactions, estate planning, and asset protection. This role also involves assisting in training and directing newer attorneys and paralegals.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct business and real estate transactions
  • Handle estate planning and asset protection transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to business and real estate
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on business, real estate, estate planning, and asset protection matters
  • Assist in training and mentoring newer attorneys and paralegals
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
  • Maintain accurate client information and data
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
  • Foster strong client relationships and manage client expectations
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings as necessary
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business and real estate transactions, estate planning, and asset protection
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High ethical standards and professionalism
  • Proficiency in legal research and case management
  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
