  • Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties to secure favorable settlements.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure effective case management and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of legal ethics and professional responsibility.
  • Participate in strategy sessions and provide input on case development, motions, and settlements.
  • Stay current with legal developments in personal injury law and apply them to case strategy.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be admitted to the Virginia State Bar or eligible for a waiver.
  • At least 3 years of experience in personal injury law or related legal fields.
  • Experience in litigation and settlement negotiation preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:
