Duties

  • Lead renewable energy project finance and tax credit transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, including credit agreements and tax equity documents.
  • Conduct and oversee renewable energy due diligence reviews.
  • Review project documents and manage subject-matter specialist assessments.
  • Facilitate transaction closings in a client-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy project finance or tax credit transactions.
  • Substantive knowledge of renewable energy due diligence matters.
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
  • Ability to manage multi-faceted projects in challenging environments.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Timely admission to the bar corresponding to the office location is required.

Skills

  • Extensive experience with complex transactional structures and client management.
