Job Overview:
A dynamic and expanding law firm is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate to join its Philadelphia office. Location:

  • Philadelphia, PA

Duties:

  • Represent clients in securities-related disputes, including investigations and charges by federal and state agencies.

  • Handle complex litigation matters in local, state, and federal courts, including both trial and appellate levels.

  • Provide legal advice and strategies for clients involved in securities law violations.

  • Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and provide exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in securities litigation.

  • Experience with securities-related disputes, investigations, and charges for alleged violations of securities laws.

  • Excellent academic credentials.

  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing individual case responsibilities.

  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania (preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

  • Ability to manage complex securities litigation cases.

  • Experience representing clients in federal and state courts at trial and appellate levels.

  • Excellent oral communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with a team and manage client relationships effectively.
