  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal regulations and industry advancements.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of direct experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
  • Active admission to a State Bar.
  • Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • State Bar admission.
  • USPTO admission required.
