Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and modifications.
• Provide legal counsel and develop case strategies tailored to clients' needs.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work closely with legal staff, including paralegals and administrative personnel, to ensure seamless case management.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona and good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Arizona State Bar.

• In-depth knowledge of family law statutes and procedures.
