Lead Litigation Attorney

This role involves overseeing a team of attorneys, mentoring new legal staff, and representing clients in hearings and trials across Pennsylvania. Location:

• Hatboro, Pennsylvania

Duties:

• Oversee the legal team and mentor junior attorneys
• Negotiate resolutions in ongoing litigation cases
• Manage motion practices, review, and draft pleadings and discovery documents
• Attend court appearances and execute legal documents
• Oversee case calendar management for high-volume caseloads
• Maintain professional interactions with clients, staff, opposing counsel, and the courts

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar License, in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation
• Ability to work independently while managing a team
• Familiarity with courtroom procedures and civil case management

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania

Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong written and oral advocacy abilities
• Ability to manage high-pressure caseloads effectively
