Duties:

  • Offer employment-related counsel and support during mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Advise a diverse range of employers on employment matters, including compliance, employee relations, and policy development.
  • Work closely with corporate teams to address employment considerations within transaction structures.
  • Ensure the protection of sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information in alignment with firm policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of employment counseling experience, with a strong focus on transactional employment matters.
  • Proficiency in employment laws and regulations, especially as they pertain to corporate transactions.
  • Ability to provide strategic advice on complex employment issues in a business setting.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active Bar membership in the jurisdiction of the office location or eligibility for timely admission.
