This role requires a strong background in handling complex litigation matters, including research, motion practice, and client reporting.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to labor and employment issues.
• Draft, review, and argue motions and pleadings in court.
• Handle written discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Prepare and file legal briefs and other documents required for litigation.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies in coordination with senior attorneys.
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of settlements and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy and management.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in New Jersey and Connecticut or New York.
• 4-6 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Proven track record of handling complex employment cases from inception to resolution.
• Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws and regulations.

Education:
