Litigation Associate

Location:

Duties:

• Handle a variety of litigation cases, including preparing for trial and arbitration proceedings
• Develop evidence, manage complex cases, and conduct electronic discovery
• Interview witnesses and take or defend depositions
• Argue motions in court and arbitration settings
• Draft clear, persuasive legal documents and communicate effectively with clients
• Collaborate with a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently
• Contribute to building and elevating the firm's reputation

Requirements:

• 2 to 12 years of litigation experience
• Superior research and writing skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team
• Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions in litigation
• Experience building cases for trial and managing complex litigation is preferred
• Strong judgment under pressure and ability to handle immediate client needs

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the California Bar (or ability to become licensed in CA)
